Return and Exchange Policy


At Maison Care, we strive to provide the best experience for our valued customers.

Therefore, we present our Return and Exchange Policy:


1- Products:


Returns: Within one day of the invoice date.

Exchanges: Within three days of the invoice date.


Conditions:

Products must be in good condition, unopened, and unused.

The original invoice must be presented, as per the Ministry of Commerce regulations.

Makeup and cosmetic products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


2- Services:

Exchanges: Within three days of the invoice date.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Please contact customer service to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

You must notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid service charges.


3- Deposit:

Deposits are non-refundable.

You must come and pay the remaining balance within 14 days of the invoice date.


4- Invoice Validity:

Services cannot be performed after the expiry date printed next to each service.


5- Points System:

You are not entitled to a refund once you have used the points earned on your purchase invoice.


6- Installment Payments (Tabby, Tamara, Quora, Imkan, Tasheel):

Installment payments are non-refundable.


Offer Period:

Products can only be exchanged or returned if they are defective or do not conform to specifications.
